He works tirelessly to contact sellers and book viewings and track down information that you request. Cooper is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, hands down. He helped me buy my house and then sell it six years later. Cooper is kind and tough when he needs to be and as corny as this sounds, he always goes the extra mile. He knows the market extremely well and he is a great negotiator. He also took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done to prepare my house for sale. Our family home was sold in a timely fashion with Cooper. He understood what we were trying to accomplish and presented a reasonable starting point which was competitive but fair. In the end, despite only receiving a single offer, it was the right offer to a first time homeowner. We felt comfortable and this allowed us to let go.
