This was my second time working with Cooper, and it definitely wont be the last. He came highly recommended to me initially, and I didn't hesitate to reach out to him, when I was looking for something new. Cooper is thoughtful, patient and has a fantastic sense of humor which makes house hunting a pleasure. Cooper spends his time listening to what I was looking for and then does a fantastic job of curating listings to visit. He is also excellent at providing neighborhood information and comps as well as critical feedback on places that may have looked better on paper. He is also punctual, and prompt in any communications which does wonders to put one at ease as they navigate the ups and downs of SF real estate! I will highly recommend Cooper (and have) to anybody looking for an honest and reliable agent and friend to work with.
It has been so fantastic working with Cooper! He is incredibly available and responsive. He really makes a point to understand what you are interested in and sends you a curated set of listings which are perfectly tailored to your preferences. He works tirelessly to contact sellers and book viewings and track down information that you request. Once we identified the right property for us he served as an excellent negotiator, and advocated for us and helped us go over the contracts and paperwork. Even after the sale he has followed through with us to make sure everything is going well in the new home and he has stayed in touch with us and the seller to tie up loose ends. Last but not least he is so pleasant to interact with. I have already recommended his services to friends and will continue to do so in the future.
Cooper is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, hands down. He helped me buy my house and then sell it six years later. Cooper is kind and tough when he needs to be and as corny as this sounds, he always goes the extra mile. He knows the market extremely well and he is a great negotiator. He also took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done to prepare my house for sale.
